Q: When can I expect to see my design?
A: Please do not expect to see your design until the day of your appointment as many designs are drawn with you, at your appointment, to fit your body specificaly. you will have ample room for modifications and adjustments.
Q: What are your prices?
A: I will likely quote you by the piece, not by the hour. I always quote with a MAX price, to avoid any anxieties over unseen costs. all my quotes are based off a frame work of $250/hour.
i have a $500 minimum and usually work in 4 or 8 hour sessions priced with a MAX charge of $1,000 and $2,000 respectively.
I try my best to give you a price estimate however, you are more than welcome to include your budget as I can design your tattoo accordingly.
Q: Should I tip?
A: Tips are by no means required; however, they are greatly appreciated. some clients tip with home made cookies, or small gifts. some gift with 20 bucks…or 200. tips are seen as a true gratuity, not a payment structure. So i say, tip only if you WANT to.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All deposits are final. This is used as a commitment to an appointment. I am self-employed, I am not working for a big business. So, when you cancel on me, it directly affects my business. I allow one free reschedule per appointment, if made within one week of your appointment. Any cancellations/reschedules within 72 hours of your appointment, will forfeit your deposit, and a new one will be required to set a new appointment. with that said, I’m not a Dick, shit happens, so don’t stress too much.
Q: Are there any tattoos you don't do?
A: I am a firm believer in the first amendment. for clients, but most importantly myself. I don't tattoo anything that I may see as inappropriate or socially unacceptable.
in addition, I take color projects on a case by case basis. i am colorblind, and may feel that i am not fit to adequately reproduce some colors.
Q: Am I allowed to bring anyone to my appointment?
A: I do allow one guest for your appointment. If you feel the need to bring more, please ask.
Q: Do you take card?
A: cash or Zelle is preferred. However, i do take card with a 6% processing fee.
Q: Is there anything I should do to prepare for my appointment?
A: Please be well fed, well rested, and well HYDRATED. Feel free to wear comfy clothes, bring headphones/book/entertainment to keep yourself occupied while getting your tattoo. Food and drinks are allowed at the shop, and I do provide drinks and snacks as well.
Q: Can i vape? can i Drink?
im totally cool with vaping once in my office. if you Dip and spit, i ask that you use pouches, and spit in an opaque container. due to my stupidity as a teen, the smell of snuff makes me want to hurl.
on long sessions Alcohol is a great pain killer, however, I cant say yes. but i CAN say that i wont bother you about whats in your cup as long as behavior remains calm.
if you re taking any medication, please let me know. as your safety is my number one priority and some medications can impede the tattoo process.
Q: Do you charge for touch ups?
A: This is a simple question with a slighly complex answer.
for my multi session projects, the deposit you paid, will cover the costs of a final “touch up session” this allows me to gather any info about he healing of your tattoo to better my craft. As well as putting the final touches on a project.
if you got a single session tattoo from me, and need something touched up. I always do that for free.
